If you're looking for a great dental office. Don't look any further!!! This is your place. The two hygienists are super!!! My teeth are so smooth right now --- Michael Jackson would call them Smooth Criminals... They’ve gone through new owners and it just keeps getting better.

Wonderful first time experience at Downtown Phoenix Dental. Adrianna was very kind and welcomed me back and took my X-rays. Audra was my dental hygienist and she was incredible. She took time to explain the X-rays and walked me through every step. She is very knowledgeable and does a wonderful job on the cleaning. She showed me before and afters and I was amazed. Dr. Saif was my dentist and he went over all the corrections I needed, answered my questions, and was also super knowledgeable.

Downtown Phoenix Dental has the absolute BEST staff, the latest technology and the office is stunning with the coolest vibe! Audra is an extremely thorough Hygienist and Dr. Saif is excellent! We moved to Boston and still fly back to keep our dental care here!!

The staff at Downtown Phoenix Dental are the absolute best!! Dr. McKee was very attentive to my needs and concerns and my hygienist Audra got my teeth sparkling clean!

Dr. Saif Ghanem is AMAZING. Not only is he exceptional at dentistry, he truly cares about his patients. He worked his magic saving a tooth I did not want to part with. When I tensed up he eased my mind and made sure I was comfortable the entire procedure. He's literally the best dentist I've ever had. I look forward to many years under his care. i’ve been coming here for years & they have always been very kind and easy to work with. the up front staff & hygienists are the stars, they are always very kind & understanding. and the billing is always very straightforward which i appreciate after dealing with weird dental places in the past.

Seriously the best dentist in town. I’ve been coming here for about 12 years now and always have a great experience. The office is beautiful, Dr. Drew and everyone on the team is so friendly and personable and genuinely cares about you. In addition to regular dentistry I also got the Halo Veneers Dr. Drew is famous for done and am obsessed with how good they look and how simple the process was. I can’t recommend them enough!

I had an amazing dental experience with Audra. She was very engaging, extremely knowledgeable and instantly, we shared a considerable amount about family and careers. Audra provided amazing service and answered every question I had. Dr. Ghanem then followed up and provided a very personal experience as well. He was able to give me detailed insight on all my inquires. I can't recommend this dentistry enough!

One word- “Amazing”! I’m very particular about my teeth, which is why I haven’t been to a new dentist since moving, and I’m so happy that a friend referred me to this office. The entire team is amazing, from front office to clinical staff. Audra was able to perform my cleaning so thoroughly, yet with very little pain, which I attribute to the inflammation in my gums. Dr. S was very pleasant and took the time to explain when I needed more detail. They are out of network(although my insurance covered the preventative care), I will happily pay out-of-pocket going forward to ensure that I’ll continue to receive this level of care.

Can I tell you how long I've put off finding a new dentist? Like three years. Oy not good. But...very good that I happened to walk by Dwntwn Phx Dental a few weeks ago!

* Greeted warmly & helped at the front by lobby front desk ladies - Shy & sorry-I-don't-know-others-name
* Experienced the most thorough & modern hygiene appointment by Audra - appreciated how she showed me X-ray results on monitor in front of my dental chair & what they meant
* Met & treated by a dentist (Dr. Saif Ghanem) who obviously loves what he does & exudes that spirit
* Got the lowdown on my dental health & it was surprisingly positive - some plaque but overall good shape!

I like that they created a dental plan for me so I can save up for my next visit. As a champion teeth grinder, I need a new mouth guard & a small filling too.

My experience at Downtown Dental is always a very positive experience. They are kind and thorough and the Dr. explains every step that is taken. It helps me relax and know that I will be well taken care of. Love this place. The staff is amazing and personal. We have been coming to this office for over 10 years. I would recommend it anytime and have to several of my friends.

I absolutely love this place! They have all the latest technology, great front desk communication via text, amazing hygienists and staff. Dr. Drew is an innovator in cosmetic dentistry and Dr. Saif was very friendly and explained everything perfectly!

Last year my insurance changed and I had to switch dentists and the experience was night and day. This year I'm back on track and Audra has my teeth feeling great again! It was lovely to see the office remodel. There is free valet parking for those who don't live in the city. I highly recommend this dentist office to anyone looking for a state-of-the art dental experience!!

I had an appointment with Audra and she was so patient, kind and professional when it came to my cleaning. I have always found it really hard to find dental offices that are thorough and patient, (when in the back of my head past dental trauma boils) so I’m very thankful for the staff at downtown phoenix dental! 10/10 recommend!

Dr Drew and Audra are honestly the best team I've ever had for dental care. I've had issues with my teeth my whole life and have had a lot of anxiety with dentists, but not anymore! Not only are they friendly, receptive and thorough on explaining every step of what is happening - Dr Drew is conservative in his treatments and typically tries to keep an eye on my questionable teeth instead of immediately jumping to filling it or crowning things. I actually ENJOY going to the dentist now! I have recommended them to friends and family quite a few times.

My daughter recommended Downtown Phoenix Dental to me and I'm so glad she did. The staff is super friendly, the service excellent, and the facility is very nice. Dr. Ballard cares deeply about his work and goes out of his way to be accommodating. My new crowns are gorgeous! I highly recommend this practice.

That old saying, “I’d rather go to the dentist” is true! They take such good care of me at downtown Phoenix dental! The staff is amazing, and they al remember your name and face when you walk in. Lori is the sweetest and has such a gentle touch. Dr. Drew, Danny, the whole staff... I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my dental health!
