The suite is conveniently located on the ground floor with sidewalk access from the North side of the 111 Monroe tower and FREE valet garage parking in our underground lot.  

Stop in to look around and allow the staff to introduce you to our practice. There will be no bothersome insurance forms to constantly fill out. We do all the paperwork, submit your claim to your carrier for you and collect appropriate co-payments and deductibles at time of treatment.
